2. Lead regional sales teams and distributor/partner networks.
3. Drive the sales funnel conversion from opportunities to orders for two business platforms in the territory.
4. Localize value propositions (TCO, long-term maintenance guarantees, etc.).
5. Prepare customer quotations based on BU pricing guidelines; coordinate with factory-side sales support for technical solutions and quotations.
6. Strictly enforce discount discipline not below BU-set price floor.
7. Report regional demand input to market demand.
8. Note: Region has no direct pricing authority; price floor is set by product BU.
9. Territory: Europe + Middle East + Africa; covering mixed utility and OEM customers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or above, electrical engineering, power systems, mechanical engineering, engineering management, business administration, marketing, etc.;
- MBA or master's degree a plus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 12-15+ years in power equipment, power transmission & distribution, industrial infrastructure or energy industry;
- At least 5+ years of regional or national sales team management experience;
- Key account breakthrough experience with TSO/DSO/IOU/OEM/EPC customers;
- Cross-country, cross-cultural, cross-functional management experience;
- Framework agreement, major bidding, long-term agreement or project-based sales experience;
- Familiar with utility, EPC, OEM, channel and large industrial customer procurement mechanisms;
Base salary range for this role: $100,000 – $150,000 per annum. Actual pay will depend on experience, skills, location, performance bonus & equity eligibility.
