Description
1. Lead regional sales and marketing teams.
2. Develop regional sales and marketing strategy, and cascade sales plans to customers and sales personnel.
3. Manage channel and partner ecosystem.
4. Implement value selling, market-driven content and sales enablement.
5. Drive the full-funnel conversion from sales opportunities to orders for two business platforms in the territory.
6. Localize value propositions (TCO, long-term maintenance guarantees, etc.).
7. Conduct pre-sales activities.
8. Provide timely quotations and participate in negotiations.
9. Report regional demand input to market demand.
10. Ensure reliable regional sales forecasting.
11. Work closely with sales support and product management.

Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Market insight: Ability to understand regional grid investment, customer procurement cycles, competitive landscape, product opportunities
- Customer breakthrough: Ability to engage customer decision chains across technical, procurement, standards, O&M and executive levels
- Technical understanding: Ability to understand composite insulators, busbar supports, bushings, substation equipment application scenarios
- Commercial negotiation: Ability to lead framework agreement, price, payment, warranty, delivery, risk term negotiations
- Project advancement: Ability to drive customers from insight, access, RFQ to order and delivery per S0–S6 process
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree
- Electrical, mechanical, materials, polymer or industrial engineering related majors
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 12-15+ years in power equipment, power transmission & distribution, industrial infrastructure or energy industry;
- At least 5+ years of regional or national sales team management experience;
- Key account breakthrough experience with TSO/DSO/IOU/OEM/EPC customers;
- Cross-country, cross-cultural, cross-functional management experience;
- Framework agreement, major bidding, long-term agreement or project-based sales experience;
- Familiar with utility, EPC, OEM, channel and large industrial customer procurement mechanisms;
Salary & Benefits
Base salary range for this role: $100,000 – $150,000 per annum. Actual pay will depend on experience, skills, location, performance bonus & equity eligibility.
