We are seeking a strategic, business-savvy thinker to join our team as a Business Technology & AI Solutions Strategist to bridge the gap between business needs and emerging technology solutions. This role is critical in identifying, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge technologies especially AI and automation to drive business growth, efficiency, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business strategy and technological advancements, ensuring our company remains competitive in an evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Enablement:
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, including AI, automation, cloud computing, and digital transformation trends, to assess their impact on business operations and future planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand challenges and propose innovative technology-driven solutions.
- Develop and execute opportunities to integrate AI and other advanced solutions that align to the business goals.
- Contribute to business cases for technology investments, demonstrating ROI and strategic value.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology implementations and processes changes.
AI & Emerging Tech Translation:
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into data-driven and AI-supported solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and insights on industry best practices.
- Collaborate in shaping roadmaps and business cases for AI-driven innovation, automation, and intelligence.
- Educate and guide stakeholders on the benefits, risks, and ethical considerations of AI adoption.
Solution Evaluation & Implementation:
- Identify and assess AI and technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to pilot, test, and deploy new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and evaluating third-party solutions for AI, data analytics, and enterprise technology.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred 5 years of experience in business technology strategy, digital transformation, or AI-driven innovation. Will consider candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, automation, and emerging technology trends.
Ability to translate complex technology concepts into business-friendly strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technology implementation projects.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise software, and data analytics tools is a plus.
