We are looking for a dedicated Manager, Safety to champion safety leadership and continuous improvement across our organization. In this role, you will drive the company's commitment to workplace safety, fostering a culture of proactive risk management, coaching, and continuous learning. As a key leader, you will work to elevate safety practices, engage team members, and build sustainable, data-driven safety programs that align with our values and operational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and mentor a high-performing safety team through hands-on leadership and continuous learning

  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of Safety Management Systems and protocols

  • Set and achieve measurable safety goals that align with corporate objectives

  • Promote a proactive safety culture through Human Performance principles

  • Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions

  • Implement initiatives to reduce Serious Incidents and Fatalities (SIFs) and share insights organization-wide

  • Embed Life Saving Rules in all safety activities

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, PHMSA, and relevant regulations in collaboration with health and medical teams

  • Partner with business leaders to tailor safety solutions to operational needs

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, safety management, or a related field

  • 10+ years in safety management within operational, manufacturing, or construction settings, including 3+ years in a supervisory role (Oil and Gas or utility industry experience preferred)

  • CSP, CIH, or similar certifications strongly preferred

  • Expertise in safety management principles, regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and risk assessment

  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience coaching and collaborating across teams

  • Willingness to travel to field sites as needed
