As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a hands-on, influential role in how people work and grow at Associated Electric Cooperative. You'll work side-by-side with leaders and employees, tackling real workforce challenges from hiring and performance to employee relations and culture. What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders on strategic staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, and complex employee issues
- Lead HR initiatives, investigations, and compliance efforts that strengthen culture and trust
- Understand, navigate, and apply Company policies and the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement
What You'll Bring

- Strong judgment, communication skills, and confidence handling sensitive situations
