COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.

Critical Facilities Specialist II| Pay Range: $55,800.00 - $68,350.00

As a Critical Facilities Specialist II, you'll play a key role in keeping our mission-critical infrastructure running smoothly and reliably. This isn't your typical maintenance job it's an opportunity to be part of a team that ensures 24/7 uptime for the systems that keep our operations moving.

In this role, you'll work hands-on with cutting-edge electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems in a fast-paced environment where precision and quick thinking matter. You'll support critical infrastructure like UPS systems, generators, switchgear, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems all while following the highest safety standards and best practices.

We're looking for someone who brings strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills, can read and interpret technical drawings, and has experience in mission-critical environments where reliability is everything.

To be successful as the Critical Facilities Specialist II, we're looking for:  

Education:

  • High School Diploma (or GED)

Experience:

  • 5 years' experience in facility maintenance

Preferred:

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician License

  • APC or Eaton UPS Certification

  • Building automation certificates

  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)

  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Proficiency using testing and diagnostic equipment for electrical and mechanical systems
