Washington Gas is seeking a Jr. Data Management Clerk to support the Field Asset Systems team. The Jr. Data Management Clerk is responsible for arranging access to customer premises/meters by telephone or letter. Additionally, the Jr. Data Management Clerk is responsible for entering customer account information, meter access information, and meter reads into company records.
You Will:

Call customers and schedules appointments.

Generate appointments in SAP.

Enter customer appointment reminder calls into the WAG Meter system.

Retrieve messages from the customer hotline.
-
Answer calls from internal and external customers.

Enter notes on customer records via SAP.
-
Post meter reads into the billing system.
-
Provide fill-in scatter work from Consecutive Estimates lists.
-
Enter orders into SAP for service work.
-
Process Business Process Exception Management (BPEM) cases in SAP.

Other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor.
You Have:

High School Diploma/GED.

Six (6) months of related experience with customer contact and computer skills preferred.

Must have knowledge of MS Office applications such as MS Excel and SharePoint.

Knowledge of SAP preferred.
