Job Summary
This position is responsible for executing digital communication campaigns and building personalized customer journeys across Vistra Retail's digital channels, with the goal of enhancing and optimizing our customers' experience to drive satisfaction and loyalty. The associate will leverage data-driven insights to design, implement, and optimize automated and ad-hoc communications that engage customers at every stage of their relationship with our brands. Operationally, the associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of targeted messages and experiences that reinforce brand loyalty and drive measurable results. As a champion for digital engagement, the associate will recommend and implement enhancements to campaign strategies, automation workflows, and journey mapping to deliver relevant, timely, and meaningful interactions supporting customers from onboarding through the first year, renewal, and beyond.Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and execute digital communication campaigns to boost engagement and brand loyalty for residential and small business segments across multiple brands.
Drive business growth by leveraging consumer insights and the latest digital marketing technologies.
Coordinate with Brand, Campaign Management, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute digital marketing campaigns that are compliant with all applicable regulations.
Lead projects from concept to completion, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Manage multiple time-sensitive projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Demonstrate attention to detail, technical aptitude, a resourceful curiosity, and the ability to set and manage expectations across diverse teams under tight timelines
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
3+ years of work experience in a marketing or business function.
Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Sendgrid, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification a plus.
HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
Experience in planning, developing, managing, and executing digital marketing communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of urgency, result-oriented attitude, resourcefulness, high attention to detail, proactive drive, and the ability to adapt quickly when needed.
