Enterprise Architect (EA) Manager
Are you a strategic technology leader passionate about aligning IT investments with business growth? We're looking for an Enterprise Architect (EA) Manager to lead our architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across our IT landscape.
What your day would be like:
You are responsible for:
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards to drive consistency, security, and interoperability.
- Provide strategic oversight for enterprise-wide initiatives like Fusion and the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Lead governance processes (e.g., Technology Review Board) to standardize technology solutions and optimize resource allocation.
- Foster innovation while proactively managing risks related to technology sprawl and technical debt.
- Align IT investments with business objectives, ensuring scalability and long-term success.

Minimum Requirements
Enterprise Architect (EA) Manager
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- AND 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related disciplines
- PLUS two (2) year prior leadership experience.
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Experience combining Enterprise architecture, solution architecture, solutions implementation, project management, operations management, and team leadership.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
- Expert certification preferred.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with IT governance, Technology Strategy and Project/Portfolio Management processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS).
- Ability to prioritize and direction staff work to achieve team objectives.
- Service, project and results-orientation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High-energy work ethic with the ability to establish vision, drive change and deliver results.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams to develop, deliver, operationalize, document and support solutions.
- Knowledge of developing and managing continuous improvement programs.
