Position Description
- Responsible for coordinating, planning, developing, implementing and conducting highly skilled technical and federal/state mandated and non-mandated training courses for basic, intermediate and advanced skill levels.
- Presents instruction to trainee in basic, intermediate, and advanced subjects, with related laboratory work while establishing and maintaining an effective learning environment in accordance with regulations, policies, and various corporate initiatives.
- Researches, writes and revises curriculum lesson plans to support materials in training. Prepares, administers and scores exams and other types of instructional evaluations.
- Coordinates all formal training functions with management which includes employee scheduling, classroom set-up, training materials and objectives, and employee training records.
- Counsels individual trainees and provides advanced assistance as required. Coordinates consultant training for all levels of the organization.
- Provides information to management/supervision on the effectiveness of the program. Demonstrate strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Researches and maintains current knowledge of State and Federal Regulations.
- Maintains employee training records in LMS system.
- Supervises new employees during on boarding training, reporting issues to operational management teams.
- E.G. 6 week boot camps/PPP/ERT Training
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED +8 years experience required.
- Must have +3 years experience as a Line Technician A.
- Must possess professional written, interpersonal communication and pubic speaking skills.
- Must have exceptional time management skills.
