Job Summary

Position will provide primary sales support to Specialty Markets sales team by creating Partner Marketing Agreements (PMA), Continuous Service Agreements (CSA), ERCOT ESI ID research, Tax Exempt and TOSA Broker Payment Documentation. Support (Mass) Commercial N & S TX D2D and LCI sales teams with pricing and contracting transactions.

Key Accountabilities

Support Specialty Markets with PMA and CSA creation, ESI ID and Tax research and provide documentation for TOSA and CSA Broker Payments

Support Commercial Door-to-Door and Large Business sales teams with setting up and closing highly profitable energy deals with business customers through a variety of means including obtaining usage history, working with price quotes and closing contracts.

Use Salesforce, SAP, KAM, ERCOT, LodeStar and TDU Portals

Maintains established service levels by working with customers to obtain account information, provide contract pricing and resolve account issues.

Generates and presents regular and ad hoc reports regarding customer accounts and sales processes. Works with organizations throughout TXUE to ensure customer accounts are handled efficiently and accurately.  Ensures customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and works with contract & credit groups to prepare customer offers

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required

Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills required

2 - 3 years in a data analyst or sales support role preferred

Experience using Salesforce, SAP and KAM Portal preferred

Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills

High School Diploma or equivalency required

Key Metrics

PMA and CSA Creation - accuracy of contract forms, tracking and resolving any discrepancies to ensure payment delays do not occur and if discovered, working within expected time frames to resolve and correct

Able to manage, prioritize and complete support-related requests from sales executives

Ensures adherence to regulatory and government guidelines in maintaining customer accounts

Ensures an accurate and timely process for maintaining customer account information and closing pricing transactions
