Job Summary

Experienced professional responsible for driving the delivery of the Finance transformation roadmap, including supporting the continuous optimization and automation of Finance operations. Provides thought leadership and support to organizations that integrate tightly with Finance.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Serves as a thought leader within the Finance transformation team, providing insights to accounting and finance stakeholder of emerging automation, AI, and analytics technologies.

Drives the execution of various key activities associated with the ERP system implementation and future transformation/automation projects to further optimize accounting, finance, and tangential finance-related functions. Includes partnering with team members from IT and other internal functional teams, and external service providers to drive seamless team results

Partners with Finance executives to shape the Finance transformation roadmap, adjusting plans and sequencing to reflect the evolving needs of the organization.

Will be held accountable against Finance transformation metrics, such as process waste elimination, degree of process automation, and process adoption of centralized and standardized processes.

Presents insights to stakeholders and leaders that drive understanding of Finance transformation progress and opportunities.

Manage transformation employees, providing coaching and guidance that enables employees to maximize value while growing within their career.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, MIS, or related field;

Experience optimizing business processes and results by leveraging process improvement techniques and technology to maximize process efficiency while reducing manual intervention and error resolution;

Minimum 15 years experience partnering across business teams to optimize business results while mitigating process risk and operating costs
