Ensuring every interaction is positive and professional is crucial in making candidates feel valued and excited about joining us

Managing interview schedules, background checks, offer letters and various Talent Acquisition initiatives with precision, ensuring everything runs like clockwork

Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers and candidates. You'll be the glue that holds everything together, facilitating smooth communication and operations

Ensuring our recruitment data is accurate and helping to develop the use of our internal ATS (Workday). You'll help provide the insights and enable the processes that help us improve and grow as a team and as business partners

Qualifications

1 - 2 years or more of relevant administrative and/or support experience in a professional environment, collaborating with teams and providing support

Experience in the Talent Acquisition or Human Resources domain and/or with Workday would be a significant benefit

Experience coordinating, managing and organizing scheduling, correspondence, documents, and status tracking or reporting for multiple stakeholders

Highly proficient with corporate calendar systems; Outlook would be preferred

Highly proficient with MS-Office/O365 or similar; advanced or expert level skills would be an asset

Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience
