Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with coordination, development, and delivery of end user training to help them gain maximum value and utility from the available tools
- Support users in maximizing effective and efficient business and operational processes. This is done through leveraging cutting edge technologies, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Office 365
- Provide end user support for Microsoft 365 and associated technologies
- Act as a liaison between users and Cyber Technology Services to facilitate development of technical solutions that meet user objectives in a hybrid work environment
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, data, and processes to drive innovation and process improvement

- Bachelor's degree required

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have the ability to provide occasional after-hours support
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude

- Experience in delivering trainings, teaching experience, and/or customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- A developing ability to identify problems, find solutions, and take actions to resolve
- Some experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, reviewing solutions, and analyzing business processes and systems
- A desire to continually learn and be part of a high performance team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to be flexible and handle multiple work projects and priorities
- Ability to work independently with guidance in a productive, measured work environment
- Willingness to collaborate on technical problems spontaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to advocate and follow CTS and company-wide policies and procedures
