Key Roles & Responsibilities
Negotiate and close sales transactions that meet or exceed goals for businesses
Make on-sight customer sales calls ; for existing customers as well as prospective customers
Educate the customer on benefits with staying with or switching to TXUE's products & services
Collect or verify customer contact, business profile and service point information as well as credit information
Collect competitive intelligence information
Update sales opportunity information for prospective customers
Review the customer's usage/profile to ensure pricing accuracy
Review and update system information for accuracy and update customer contact, billing and company data
Maintain and ability to vary sales approach and present different sales pitches depending on market conditions
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements
2 or more years of experience with customer contact or sales
Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
High School Diploma or equivalency required
