Our People & Culture team is looking for a Senior Manager/HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, you will be joining a team focused on increasing the value of our human capital and developing and maintaining influential partnerships with business leaders that enable the delivery of strategic business priorities.
You will:
Establish and develop influential partnerships with business leaders across North America
Consult with leaders on solutions to improve the effectiveness of their business
Coach leaders on strategies to optimize employee retention, engagement and productivity
Work with leaders to build effective teams and drive alignment
Support leaders in effective workforce planning
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE)
Coach leaders on best-practice application and integration of HR processes and programs
Be a member of the client leadership team
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding of new employees
Lead the process of employee terminations to ensure risk mitigation, as well as compassion and respect for individuals to ensure appropriate outcomes
You have:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
7-10years of Human Resources experience
Experience working as a strategic HR Business Partner, preferably in an HRBP/HR COE environment
