Summary: Provides general support to the Human Resources organization by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to recruiting and generalist functions.
Offers the opportunity to gain knowledge about the role of the HR professional within the energy delivery industry through a combination of project-based, job-shadowing, and observational practicum.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists with various Human Resources projects and daily office operations.
- Assist in the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews.
- Create confidential reports.
- Reviewing background checks.
- Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Education: Requires current enrollment in undergraduate program for Human Resources or Business degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Requires no prior related work experience.
