Southern Area Construction Coordinator - This position will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, tracking, and managing the installation of NESC/NEC lighting systems for Mobile, Southern, and Southeast.
Major Job Responsibilities Include:
- material logistics
- quality control
- providing performance feedback to APC crews and lighting contractors
- assisting with lighting project designs
- addressing lighting maintenance issues
- invoice processing
Preferred Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Power Delivery experience
- Knowledge of distribution system and related software preferred (JETS, Socket, GIS, etc.)
- Knowledge of electrical operations, distribution systems, and underground and overhead construction practices
- Knowledge of outdoor lighting design, products, and engineering
- Knowledge of NEC code desired
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Solid engineering and construction principles
