This is a temporary full time position with an expected end date of October 31, 2018.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to extract aggregate building consumption information from EGD systems to support building owners in their reporting for benchmarking . Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Run related reports and ensure adherence to established processes and controls
- Ensure all information are captured in the related IT systems correctly and accurately
- Investigate and resolve process exceptions and identify and initiate changes to the systems when required
- Act as liaison between DSM program Managers, Building Owners, IT department and Business Intelligence team
- Work with all the stakeholders to improve the functionality of the tool and systems that support aggregate consumption reporting
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the DSM programs that support building level energy consumption reduction
- Facilitate meetings with Building Owners and other internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the agreed timelines for the processes are always met
- Support other Business Intelligence Functions as and when required
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years previous experience in customer care, application processing, client management and similar areas
- A bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, or information technology related discipline
- Strong Microsoft skills particularly in Excel is required. Experience in data analysis and SQL will be an added advantage.
