A leader in the wind generation business, we are actively looking to continue our success in this area and are looking for individuals to help us site our next wind projects.
Under general supervision, responsible for planning, controlling and directing real estate activities such as site location and acquisition, right-of-way negotiation, building and land acquisition and disposition, space leasing, property management, and maintenance of properties to support wind site development. Activities include researching private and public records, determining ownership, mineral leases, etc. and analyzing and interpreting legal documents. Requires excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
Position will be located in field office with significant travel requirements.
Preferred:
- Electric transmission land acquisition experience
