We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to provide administrative support. Data management, planning, scheduling and reporting duties associated to overhead powerline construction projects.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Office support to field staff.
- Project administration. Ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Data management and data entry associated with internal project management software.
- Answer phones and route calls, provide information to property owners, refer questions and issues to appropriate staff for problem resolution
- Create internal/external correspondence and spreadsheets
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Schedule and set up internal meetings/conference calls/catering as requested
- Transcribe meeting minutes
- Assist other co-workers with other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- High School diploma required
- Proficient in English is required
- Excellent overall computing skills required
- Business or Office administration related diploma/degree/accreditation preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Efficient typing ability
- Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Time management and Organizational skills
- Basic process and flowchart skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- 2 to 5 years of related work experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Access to compensation information is necessary to perform routinely assigned business task(s).
