- Perform service work at customer sites to ensure that the relevant systems are properly maintained and operating correctly
- Handle emergency service calls as directed during the day and after hours
- Participate in 24-hours On-Call rotation program
- Review customer needs/demands when on site i.e. maintenance visits, repairs, migrations, trainings etc., advise Sales Representative or Service Supervisor of any additional required activities
- Ensure the required safety quality and standards are achieved in accordance with the customers' requirements and the Company's quality assurance procedures and technical directives
- Work with the Service Supervisor to plan work schedules 3-4 weeks in advance and organize tools, equipment or materials as needed
- Ensure all the necessary documentation, work reports, timesheets, expense reports, protocols, etc. are provided in a timely manner
Requirements
- Three years of college or technical school resulting in an Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related practical experience
- 3-5 Years' experience in delivering high quality customer service to a broad range of industrial customers
- 309A License is required
- Proven organizational skills
- Able to plan effectively and prioritize workloads including the ability to multi-task and delegate effectively
- Self-motivated and calm under pressure
- Commercially and technically aware
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- IT literate
- Driving license essential
