Summary
SRP is recruiting for a college student to work part-time providing support in the Workspace Technologies department. A variety of work is anticipated including automation, data analysis & reporting and system troubleshooting. This position requires availability to work at least 30 hours per week with work hours scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department's needs, with a minimum requirement of 30 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.
- The successful candidate must be enrolled in six college credits (100+ Level) each semester (except summer sessions) to be eligible.
What You'll Do
The selected candidate will be involved in both technical and non-technical tasks. Activities will allow for work to be completed individually as well as in a team environment with opportunity for collaboration with other departments within SRP.
Technical activities may include:
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and implementation of technology solutions
- Scripting and software development
- Data analysis and reporting
Non-technical tasks may include:
- Creating and updating knowledgebase documentation
- Communicating and coordination with other SRP departments
Education
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
