Description
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience within the deregulated electric utility industry.
- Demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) in back-office applications, business operations, market processes, and ERCOT protocols, working groups, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail market operations, industry compliance standards, and utility business processes.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into functional business requirements.
- Skilled in leading or supporting the testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of business process and system solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and ensure alignment with market and regulatory requirements.
