Description
In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical equipment throughout the power plant while working alongside a skilled team in a safety-focused industrial environment.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and install motors, switchgear, control circuits, generators, lighting, batteries, chargers, inverters, and other industrial electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical prints, sketches, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Inspect electrical equipment and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Perform rigging and work from heights as required.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least five years of heavy industrial electrical repair experience, completion of an approved apprenticeship, or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment testing.
