Oracle Fusion Business Transformation Analyst / Senior / Consultant
As an Oracle Fusion Business Transformation Analyst, Senior, or Consultant, you'll support the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion across Transmission & Distribution (T&D). Working closely with business leaders, project teams, and technology partners, you'll help prepare the organization for new ways of working by evaluating business processes, improving operational readiness, and supporting the successful adoption of new enterprise systems.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring business continuity throughout the implementation by identifying operational impacts, improving processes, coordinating readiness activities, and helping teams successfully transition from current-state systems to Oracle Fusion.
Whether supporting specific workstreams or leading complex business readiness initiatives, you'll help deliver solutions that strengthen operations and support the reliable delivery of energy to Arizona communities.
What Your Day Would Be Like:
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and technology partners to prepare Transmission & Distribution for the Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Analyze current business processes, identify operational impacts, and recommend improvements that support successful business transformation.
- Lead or support business readiness activities, including process documentation, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, testing, training coordination, and organizational adoption.
- Assess operational risks, identify dependencies, and develop practical solutions that minimize disruption during implementation.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements while ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
- Analyze operational, financial, asset, and work management data to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Work Management, IT, and Operations to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen business processes before, during, and after implementation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
