As an Application Analyst on the Digital Workplace team, you will help make work easier, clearer, and more connected through products that help employees communicate, collaborate, and manage content. This role partners with business stakeholders, support teams, and technical peers to understand needs, guide improvements, coordinate change, and keep Microsoft 365-centered services reliable, secure, supportable, and easy to use. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, product-minded analyst with strong communication skills, broad Microsoft 365 technical knowledge, and the judgment to manage business relationships, priorities, and complex work with limited oversight.
What You'll Do
Manage and support Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and related productivity tools.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technology improvements.
Support SharePoint sites, intranet content, permissions, governance, migrations, and related content structures.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and coordinate resolution for complex service issues and escalations.
Monitor Microsoft 365 changes and assess impact on users, support processes, and business workflows.
Coordinate updates and initiatives while maintaining strong organization.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
What You'll Need
Associate's degree in STEM or equivalent technical training, certifications, or experience.
Experience in an Application Analyst, Technology Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar enterprise technology role.
Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, preferably with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, administration, governance, or service support.
Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and turning them into clear technical or process improvements.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing support, project, and stakeholder requests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting across multiple systems or teams.
Ability to work independently with limited coaching while contributing to shared team ownership and knowledge transfer.
