Idaho Power located in vibrant Boise, Idaho is looking for an ArcGIS Enterprise System Administrator or Senior to join our Geographic Systems team. It's an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. While this position is based at Idaho Power's downtown Boise location, we offer both flexible schedules and the opportunity to work up to 40% remote.
What does a System Administrator or Senior do for us?
Under supervision System Administrators analyze, install, configure, upgrade, test, document, monitor and maintain software and hardware in support of business processing requirements. Supported systems may include operating systems, business applications, server hardware, security tools, monitoring tools, web servers, application servers, integration servers, and other departmental or enterprise applications or systems. Provides technical support for problems not resolved by the Integrated Operations Center or IT Service Desk.

A COMPETITIVE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Knowledge of:
- Installation, configuration, upgrade, test, document, monitor and maintain software and hardware for ArcGIS Enterprise including Portal, Server, GeoEvent/Velocity, Image Server, Analytic Server, and ArcGIS Monitor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
System Administrator:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
OR
- An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field
Experience:
- 2 or more years of relevant technology administration experience
Preferred:
- 4 or more years of relevant technology administration experience
Senior System Administrator:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent field
OR
- An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, cyber security or a related field
Experience:
- 5 or more years of professional technology administration experience
Preferred:
- 8 or more years of experience in a corporate multi-platform technology environment
