Summary
The successful candidate will assist the Facilities Operation & Maintenance team with a variety of assignments. This position provides the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of maintenance and operation of facilities. Additional duties include assisting a Planner/Scheduler, interacting with customers through the call center, assisting with office administrative duties and coordinating facility maintenance activities.
The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department's needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.
What You'll Do
- Assists with maintaining and verifying that project activities are performed to owner's standards and specifications.
- Communicates directly from the call center with customers and documenting customer requests.
- Conveys information to Planner/Schedulers
- Creates work orders through Maximo
- Supports office administrator on projects as needed
Education
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

- Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
