PSEG is looking for a Summer 2026 Staff Intern for the Centralized Services -QAQC Team
This job involves working as a QAQC Intern supporting the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) Team by conducting data analysis, documenting processes, and assisting with quality audits/inspections for our portfolio of clean energy programs. This role offers hands-on experience in the utility and renewable energy industry, providing exposure to key operational, technical, and regulatory aspects of quality management.

Job Responsibilities
Assignments will include working alongside professionals in the following areas:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with collecting, tracking, and analyzing program data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in program quality. This may include data from customer audits, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Documentation Support: Aid in the development and maintenance of quality control documentation, including checklists, procedures, and reports. Help ensure all program documentation is complete, accurate, and organized.
- Program Auditing: Support the QAQC team in conducting reviews of program participants, subcontractors, and field activities to ensure adherence to program standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on projects to enhance program design and delivery processes. Assist in developing and presenting findings and recommendations to the QAQC and program management teams.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on peer utility programs, clean energy technologies, and industry best practices to support program refinement.
- Compliance Verification: Help confirm that program execution and deliverables meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Job Specific Qualifications
Required education/skills: The successful incumbent(s) must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting and graduating between December 2026 and May 2029. Students graduating in May/June 2026 are not eligible unless they are enrolling in a post-graduate degree program in the fall term of 2026. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Incumbents must have completed sophomore level course work for consideration.
Preferred:
- 3.0 GPA
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
