  • Produce clear, timely status reporting for project leadership, summarizing progress, key updates, upcoming milestones, and items requiring decisions.
  • Own and maintain RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), ensuring items are logged, assigned, tracked, escalated as needed, and closed.
  • Track actions and decisions across project forums, confirming owners and due dates, and driving timely completion through structured follow-up.
  • Monitor milestones and schedule performance, identify variances early, and coordinate corrective actions with workstream leads and stakeholders.
  • Support financial and resource tracking by monitoring spend, forecast, and resourcing/capacity, and flagging variances for leadership review.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate technical information into clear, decision-oriented updates for non-technical audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-Year University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (with a project management focus).
  • Over 6 years of experience supporting IT/digital project delivery by coordinating day-to-day execution, managing project governance (cadence, agendas/minutes, decision logs), owning RAID and action tracking, monitoring milestones and schedule performance.

  • Working knowledge and practical experience maintaining RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including escalation and driving items to closure.
  • Experience tracking actions, decisions, and milestone performance, identifying variances early, and coordinating corrective actions with workstream leads.
