Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs all duties of Laborer
- Utilizes internal tooling and equipment to complete all leak survey activities
- Works assigned route to complete customer and compliance orders in accordance with company policies and procedures and operator qualifications procedures
- Deactivates gas service and assists in the activation of gas service
- Conducts regular meter inspections, paints and maintenance of above- and below-ground gas systems
- Completes basic tasks using hand tools, including leak investigation, assisting in mechanical joining, landscape maintenance and traffic control
- Provides assistance with all distribution activities involved with the installation, repair and maintenance of the distribution system
- Required to work overtime as needed
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
- Basic Meter Activation
