Shape the spaces that power an entire state. As a Senior Facility Specialist, you'll lead high-impact projects across Wisconsin designing, planning, and delivering environments where people and operations thrive.
The Senior Facility Specialist is a hands-on leader in space planning, design, and project execution, serving as the primary facilities partner across a diverse portfolio of sites statewide. This role owns the full lifecycle of facility projects from understanding customer needs and developing layouts to managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and delivering completed spaces on time. Blending interior design expertise with strong project management, you'll guide furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) installations, oversee remodels, and maintain accurate facility data and AutoCAD plans.
Highly collaborative and customer-facing, this role connects with stakeholders at all levels to translate business needs into functional, compliant, and cost-effective environments. You'll juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, act as the go-to problem solver for day-to-day facility needs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
