This is a Temporary Employee role that will be responsible for compact to complex projects across any of the enterprise's business units within the Gas, Electric and LLC companies. This role will support Total Rewards/Retirement Income within DTE Energy Company. May receive on-the-job training relevant to assigned department and business unit. work will focus on one or more of the following in: Total Rewards/Retirement Income- Pension Administration.
Key Accountabilities
- May lead projects and/or project teams (including assigning work, reviewing progress and evaluating results), mentor, provide guidance and technical direction to less experienced.
- Identifies gaps proactively in the organization's performance and develop and execute strategic solutions to drive bottom line results.
- Contributes to the development of functional strategy by leading project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
- Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
- Identifies, suggests, and implements best practices to facilitate effective solutions and methods that will improve processes in all areas of the business.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent and four (4) years of experience related to Total Rewards/RetirementIncome- Pension Administration.
Other Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Total Rewards.
- Experience is administering historic Michcon/Detroit Edison pension plans.
- Experience managing multiple projects with timeline and budget adherence
- Experience with planning, coordinating and executing projects and communicating timeline, progress and results with key stakeholders, Senior Leaders and Business Unit parties
