Job Description

Puget Sound Energy has set an aspirational goal of being a Beyond Net Zero Carbon energy company by 2045, inline with our "north star" of being our customers' energy partner of choice. Our first major milestone is 2030, which we'll reach by executing the PSE 2030 strategic plan. We have built this strategy as an input to our broader Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP), which shapes the roadmap for achieving both our 2030 and 2045 clean energy goals.

Process Excellence transforms how PSE works by continuously identifying and implementing process design and improvements that optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and deliver impressive customer experiences. We seek a manager to lead the evolution of the Process Excellence team.

As a critical part of the newly established Transformation Strategy and Enablement (TSE) group, Process Excellence joins teams focused on aligning strategy, benchmarking, performance, process, people, and training to improve delivery for customers, employees, and shareholders. Process Excellence connects long-term strategy with optimized daily execution of PSE's business plan.

As Manager of Process Excellence, you'll lead a team that drives cross-functional improvement initiatives in collaborations with stakeholders, process owners, and other departments. Types of engagements for this team include:
