DESCRIPTION
Under some supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Distribution business in (Avondale, AZ).
This role will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinate operations across Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and other warehouse areas under direction from Operations management.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, lead training initiatives, and promote a safe and productive work environment.

Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to meet customer expectations.

Perform quality checks, identify and control non-conforming material, and maintain accurate documentation to support inventory control and process improvements.

Collaborate with team members, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain equipment, streamline material flow, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including logistics, 3PL coordination, and shipping

Experience operating a forklift and ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other warehouse/ERP systems; ability to generate reports and track inventory

Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-focused skills

Ability to make timely decisions, ensure accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Flexibility to work overtime as needed and adapt to dynamic warehouse demands

At least 2 years of warehouse experience Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and advanced level computer skills. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary rate commensurate with experience.
