Total Rewards:
A typical starting range for this position is $129,000 - $177,000 + annually. We offer market-competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based on the value of the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Lead and manage multiple complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines
- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to drive project success and manage stakeholder expectations
- Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and track progress using project management software and tools
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, including regular status updates, reporting, and escalations when necessary
- Provide leadership in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and cost while minimizing disruption to business operations
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve project delivery
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
