Description
This position develops and maintains customer relationships, via dedicated support, for our B&W Pulverizer fleet. Whether through an Alliance, stocking program or no program at all - this position fully supports every customer with the highest level of customer service. This role is an integral part of our customers' relationships with B&W Thermal, and your ability to grow these relationships is mission-critical to the continued success of our business.
This position is open either in the Akron office or in a remote location.

Manages stocking programs and Alliances as assigned. Coordinates forecasted needs from customers with materials group ordering to support outage needs. Executes terms of agreements for pricing, etc.

Assists Customers with troubleshooting all commercial and technical issues tied to Pulverizer products.

Supports the entire Pulverizer team, as needed, to provide seamless customer service at all times.

Responds to requests for help at the time the help is needed; does the work when the work needs done.

Meets with customers, as required, to maintain good communication and dialogue.

Supports trade shows, training events, etc. as needed for B&W's presence opposite customers.

Manages profitability of contracts to provide for the highest possible gross margin.
Qualifications

Solid Customer Service experience is required - excellence is preferred.

Five years' technical experience in some capacity is required.

Overall business insight is preferred.

Use of computer systems, such as Visibility, Excel, and Word, is a must.

Ability to read drawings.

Ability and comfort to work independently.

Ability to multitask as needed.
