In this position, you'll lead complex engineering efforts across energy generation systems designing, installing, operating, and maintaining critical infrastructure. You'll manage contractors, oversee scheduling, and mentor less experienced team members, all while working autonomously and influencing decisions across multiple levels. Candidates with strong turbine knowledge and experience managing large-scale outages will be well-positioned for success in this role.
What you will do

Understands various corporate financial statements and can differentiate how project implementation will impact the rate payer versus the shareholder.

Understands income statement and balance sheet pro forma analyses and the implications of technical inputs to the pro forma, understanding of shareholder and customer impacts.

Supports generation facility outages.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree engineering program that is accredited through the Engineering Accreditation Commission required
Required Experience
-
9 years of related experience.

Project management leadership experience preferred, along with ability to deal with subcontractors and cross-functional teams; recognized as having expertise in a particular area of the discipline.
