Key Responsibilities
- Must have experience in building and maintaining backend applications using Node.js, Python (preferred), C# or Java, with strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management.

Must be proficient in developing responsive and scalable UIs using React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js, with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Must have hands-on experience with AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM, to develop and deploy cloud-based applications.

Must have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or similar tools, with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Must understand AWS security best practices, including IAM role management, encryption techniques, and secure application development.

Strong understanding or hands-on experience with system administration and network management (e.g., configuring servers, managing user access, monitoring performance, troubleshooting network issues)
Nice to Have:

Experience working with OSIsoft/Aveva PI or other historian platforms, as well as knowledge of common utility/OT protocols such as DNP3, Modbus, or ICCP.
Programming/Software Development (PROG) Designs, codes, tests, corrects and documents moderately complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations using agreed standards and tools. Collaborates with others in reviews of specifications as appropriate.
Application Support (ASUP) Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics. Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks.
Incident Management (USUP) Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers and categorizes incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
Problem Management (PBMG) Investigates problems in systems, processes and services. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
Systems Design (DESN) Specifies user/system interfaces and translates logical designs into physical designs, taking account of target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems. Produces detailed designs and documents all work using required standards, methods and tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate.
Systems Integration (SINT) Defines the integration build and produces a build definition for generation of the software. Accepts software modules from software developers and produces software builds for loading onto the target hardware from software source code. Configures the hardware environment, produces integration test specifications, conducts tests and records the details of any failures. Carries out and reports fault diagnosis relating to moderately complex problems.

Education/Experience/Certifications:

Education Requires a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, management or other related field or equivalent experience.
