Position Summary
This position reports to the senior manager of Hydro Support and will supervise a team of ESC-represented Land Agents and Senior Land Agents responsible for a wide range of land rights matters including, but not limited to, negotiating agreements with the third parties for use of PG&E land, reviewing land rights and title issues, managing of PG&E fee properties, completion of annual lease/license inspections and resolution of issues identified during the inspections, and maintaining current insurance collection and verification. This role is accountable for establishing a working environment that fosters safety, engagement, continuous learning, innovation, open honest communication, critical thinking, creative problem solving, efficiency, accountability, and collegiality. The position also requires the ability to prioritize, plan and report progress on Land Agent daily work and assist the Hydro Support Senior Manager in long-term resource and strategic planning. The Supervisor is responsible for driving employee understanding of client business model and utility business model and ensuring active participation in risk management, including risk reduction. The Supervisor will be responsible for team members performing their jobs in accordance with PG&E's vision, mission, and values.
The preferred location for this position is Chico
Travel: Approximately 30% to team offices, project sites, and business partner offices.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need.
PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A Reasonable Salary Range:
California - $122,000 to $180,400
