Job Summary

Responsible for the fulfillment of client truckload service needs, while working with a team to ensure the client and carrier experience with Travero Logistics is positive. Collaborate with the Account Manager, Carrier Sales team, Business Development, and Dedicated Fleet team on the current coverage needs for Travero clients. Utilize the Transportation Management System, Travero Logistics data and additional industry resources when determining spot quotes to clients. Maintain process and data integrity during the fulfillment execution process within the Transportation Management System and client platforms.

What you will do

  • Solicits, provides spot quotes, manages tenders, arranges, schedules and provides execution for Travero client shipments, to ensure on time pickup and delivery needs are met. Proactively communicating with Travero clients and your teammates.
  • Works with the Manager Client Services and Travero Logistics teammates to identify solutions to meet clients' service and pricing expectations.
  • Ensures that each client shipment that is offered to Travero is entered into the Transportation Management System, and respond to each opportunity within the clients' expectations.
  • Utilizes the Transportation Management System, Travero Logistics data and industry resources, during the shipment quoting process.
  • Meets Key Performance Indicators, including daily load volume, revenue, margin, tender acceptance performance, quote conversion and on-time service.
  • Provides timely updating of shipment information within the Transportation Management System while maintaining data integrity. Communicates information in a timely and accurate manner to both internal and external points of contact.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Required Experience

  • 2 years of customer service, sales operations experience.

Preferred Experience

  • 3 years of freight brokerage operations experience.

  • Solid customer service skills focused on relationship development and exceptional phone skills.
  • Solid attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to resolve conflict.
  • Solid decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Computer skills: Keyboarding, MS Office, Internet, Maps, and proven ability to learn proprietary system(s)
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
