PSEG is seeking an energetic, innovative and experienced regulatory professional to help shape, and provide guidance regarding, PSEG's strategy at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Department of Energy (DOE) with respect to transmission and markets issues. The position reports directly to the VP Regulatory, Deputy General Counsel and RTO Strategy Officer. Location is at our Washington, D.C. offices. However, there will be regular travel to our Newark Office.
Job Responsibilities
This position will have responsibility for relationship management at FERC and will work closely, and on a day-to-day basis, with the PSEG Federal Regulatory legal function and the RTO Strategy function to help develop PSEG's overarching FERC/RTO strategic approach.
Job Specific Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working on FERC issues
