As a Technology Analyst on the Connectivity Team, you will be responsible for ensuring Associated can tackle tough business problems with the support of advanced connectivity technology solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Analysis and Configuration: Analyze business requirements and translate them into system improvements. Collaborate with business partners, users, and technical teams to ensure systems are configured to meet business needs.
  • Support and Operations: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technology systems, ensuring high availability and reliability. Coordinate with end users to resolve issues, manage updates, and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborative Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and advise on technological solutions. Align technology initiatives and business goals, communicating technical information clearly to all audiences.
  • Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain deep expertise in the technology and business areas you support. Follow contemporary technology developments and enterprise systems, applying this knowledge to your work.
  • Disciplined Practice: Follow and adhere to modern practices and organizational standards, such as Agile and DevOps. Ensure systems are current, maintainable, and compliant with security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.
  • Join a call rotation to provide after-hours support.

What you'll need:

  • Associate's degree in STEM or equivalent technical training, certifications, or experience.
  • Two years' experience gained through similar business or technical roles, internships, or coursework.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
