Position Summary
The IT Manager - Power Operations Solutions will lead the development, implementation, and support of mission-critical IT solutions that drive PGE's, Market Operations platforms, and real-time trading and risk management systems. This role works closely with the Power Operations teams to ensure technology solutions enhance reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
This leader will oversee the technology supporting energy generation, market bidding and settlements, and regulatory reporting. Beyond traditional IT service delivery, this role requires strategic foresight to anticipate future needs, optimize existing platforms, and align technology investments with business goals.
The team consists of six professionals, including developers, analysts, and project managers, with potential for adjustments based on business priorities. Success in this position will be measured by the execution and impact of IT initiatives on business operations, system stability, and compliance.

IT Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the IT strategy for Power Operations, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Education/Experience/Certifications
