Job Specific Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Utility industry experience or adjacent industry experience
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams to meet organizational objectives and outcomes via large scale programs
- Experience in leading large / complex cross-functional Enterprise wide programs
- Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, innovation, problem solving, influencing, organizing, relationship building, communications skills, strategic thinking, project management and change management.
- Experience driving life cycle planning, portfolio management and IT standards setting to promote technology and organizational changes in order to drive innovation and improved business outcomes.
- Understanding of analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities with ease and under pressure
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
