Total Rewards:

A typical starting range for this position is $102,000 - $140,000 + annually. We offer market competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based on the value of the candidate's knowledge, skills and experience. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Lead and manage multiple complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to drive project success and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and track progress using project management software and tools.
  • Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, including regular status updates, reporting, and escalations when necessary.
  • Provide leadership in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and cost while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor project performance and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Support the organization's strategic initiatives by delivering IT projects that enhance operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and innovation.

Qualifications: 

Knowledge typically acquired through a bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a technology related field and 4 to 6 years of experience managing technology and business-related projects OR 2+ years post high school education or applicable training in a technology related field and 8 to 10 years of experience managing technology and business-related projects. Formal PM training is desired.
