Minimum Requirements
IT Infrastructure Analyst I | Workstation Engineering
- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- AND one (1) year of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system
IT Infrastructure Analyst II | Workstation Engineering
- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- AND two (2) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- Requires working technical knowledge gained through experience within a job area or system.
Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications
- Knowledge of network/infrastructure operating systems and equipment, such as servers, PCs, switches, routers, and emerging technologies
- Troubleshooting and resolution practices
- System performance analysis techniques; installation, configuration, optimization and maintenance techniques of infrastructure;
- Windows, VM and Linux servers operations;
- Lifecycle management techniques; security vulnerability practices;
- Cisco routers, switches, firewall and malware protection practices;
