Job Summary

The Sales Analyst II is a part of the Business Markets Enablement, Strategy, & Support team with responsibilities including but not limited to working with the Large Business Sales team to provide pricing and contract support for Commercial customers. They work with multiple groups across the organization including sales, wholesale, credit, and operations. The Sales Analyst is an extension of the Sales Executive team and some customer facing activities are required. Ideal candidates are willing to work as a part of the sales team but are also highly driven and capable of self management and daily tasks.

Job Description

Support Commercial Large Business sales teams with setting up and closing highly profitable energy deals with business customers through a variety of means including obtaining usage history, working with price quotes and closing contracts.

Maintains established service levels by working with customers to obtain account information, provide contract pricing and resolve account issues.

Supports the deal closure process with business customers through a variety of means including obtaining usage history, finalizing deal capture and generating customer prices

Maintains customer service levels by working with customers to obtain account information, provide contract pricing and resolve account issues

Ensures adherence to regulatory and government guidelines in maintaining customer accounts

Ensures an accurate and timely process for maintaining customer account information & closing pricing transactions

Generates and presents regular and ad hoc reports regarding customer accounts and sales processes

Works with organizations throughout TXUE to ensure customer accounts are handled efficiently and accurately

Ensures customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

Works with contract & credit groups to prepare customer offers

Remains current on competitive intelligence and energy industry trends

Prepares proposals & presentations to formulate offers to customers

Use Salesforce, SAP, KAM, ERCOT, LodeStar and TDU Portals
