Idaho Power located in Twin Falls, Idaho is looking for a temporary Department Clerk II to join our Customer Operations team. It's an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. What does a Department Clerk II do for us?
Under general direction and acting on own initiative and direction, a Department Clerk II provides customer service to walk in and telephone customer service as well as support for one or more departments or administrative units. Their work generally requires broad knowledge of company and/or department procedures.

A COMPETITIVE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Knowledge of:
- Basic operation of standard office equipment such as fax, PC, calculator, and electronic devices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications
Skills in:
- Solid editing and proofreading to assist in composing the format and content of correspondence and technical documents
- Applying proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar when proofreading
Ability to:
- Understand and apply basic mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High school Diploma or GED
Experience:
- 3-4 years of related experience

- Equivalent combination of formal education and work experience
